How to combine PDFs into one
- Select two or more compatible PDFs. Each file shows its page count and size.
- Use Move up and Move down to arrange the files. Pages within each PDF keep their original order.
- Select Merge PDFs, open the result to review it and download. Changing the selection, order or name clears the previous download.
What the merged PDF keeps
Pages are copied with their content, fonts, images, dimensions, crop and rotation; they are not converted into photographs and images are not recompressed. This tool is not intended to reduce file size, and the final file may be larger. No watermarks are added. HTTP/HTTPS web links are supported, but other annotations are rejected. Always review the final file.
Signatures, forms and other limitations
Merging creates a new document and does not preserve digital signature validity. Files with detected signature structures are therefore rejected, even if the field is empty. Interactive forms, including empty fields, are also rejected to avoid losing values or interactivity. We do not ask for or attempt to remove passwords. A drawn or scanned signature image is not a digital signature and is copied as page content.
Document navigation bookmarks and original document metadata are not retained. PDF/A conformance, accessibility tagging and advanced layers are not guaranteed. You cannot select individual pages, edit text, unlock PDFs or preserve complex interactive features. Damaged or unsupported files may be rejected even if another reader can open them.
Privacy and memory limits
Files are read and merged in your browser without sending them to a server. Analytics does not receive their names, contents or the output name. Remove all, reload or close the page to clear the selection. Up to 20 files, 25 MiB per PDF, 75 MiB input, 500 pages and 100 MiB output. These are practical limits: use fewer files if your device has limited memory.
