Why it matters: May reduce repeated edits; check which slides changed before sharing a presentation.

Changes across slides

Google announces multi-slide editing through Gemini in Slides, retaining editable elements. This includes style and content adjustments with the option to undo changes.

Access and limits

Initial support is English-only. An eligible edition is required: Business or Enterprise Standard/Plus, Google AI Pro/Ultra or Google AI Pro for Education. Rollout started October 29 and can exceed fifteen days; users in Spain should check their account and language.

Reviewing the result

Editorial example: request consistent titles in a fictional copy, then check text, figures and notes. Keep a previous version for comparison. We have not tested the new feature. The photograph illustrates a presentation room, not a Gemini demonstration.
